This morning early, I noticed that there was a little red rose bud just opening up. I thought the plant was just about dead – since it has been struggling for over a year from outside elements.
So later, God reminded me about the little rose – did I notice it? So I decided to go back out and take a look at it:
Even in the Spring, this plant did not do well – maybe 4 little flowers and then it seemed the bugs came to eat through the leaves. And yet, it is almost the end of July and there is a small flower rising up.
It is as though God gave me a little reminder through this flower – that even though there is chaos about me – there is always Hope. Never give up.
God speaks through Creation if we only pay attention to the signs around us.
So today, I share this with others – maybe someone is struggling today – whatever it is, there is always hope.
