In my 100 days to brave, these words jumped out at me on Day 60!  So very true.  And yet, I can still be brave.

I know.  For I have walked that path a couple of times in my life with deep hurts. At times, I have literally just laid down in pain and almost gave up – but I’m learning how to believe in the Words of God.  I can still stand and move forward no matter what falls down around me.

Jesus had words of encouragement for life:

“I have told you these things, so that in me you might have peace.  In this world you will have trouble.  But take heart!  I have overcome the world!”  – John 16:33

Love those words!

We already know that life is hard – it hurts – and its weird at times – And yet, I can still be brave.

God already knows all about our lives – He has always known the ending.  That is why we must trust in Him and have faith to believe that He is in control no matter what is exploding around us.

If you are stuck today in the messy world, rejoice and rise up for Jesus has said that he has already overcome the world!

My Song:  Always remember who God is – no matter the mess that surrounds you – He is in control.
